Refund Policy

Return Instructions

- Email us first at jklgoettlich.2018@gmail.com to confirm your return is eligible.

- Include the original packing slip inside your return package.

- Ensure the item is neatly packed.

- Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for us to process it.

- Your store credit/refund approval will be emailed to you once the return is approved.

Refund Policy:

Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for your return to be processed.

We will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions:

- Unworn, Unwashed, Tags still attached & In original condition.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that:

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

- It may take an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
 

If your return does not meet the conditions above, we may not be able to process your refund. Each order will be handled on a case to case basis.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
